We are looking for our client for a technically skilled and organisationally strong personality for the operational coordination of a service centre.
Our client is an established company in the technical trade and service sector. In the service centre, electronic devices and technical products are diagnosed, repaired and maintained. Additionally, customer-specific cables and electrical components are manufactured and repaired.
For this versatile role, we are seeking a personality who enjoys hands-on practical work, simultaneously keeps an overview of daily operations and takes pleasure in actively developing structures and processes.
In doing so, you combine technical expertise with organisational talent and continue to work actively in the workshop yourself.
Your area of activity includes, among other things:
- Carrying out repairs, fault diagnoses and technical work
- Manufacturing and processing cable assemblies as well as electrical components
- Organisation and coordination of daily workshop operations
- Planning capacities, work assignments and priorities
- Ensuring efficient order processing and consistent service quality
- Coordination of the required workshop capacities for recurring production and repair orders
- Technical advice on repair, warranty and service cases
- Handling customer concerns and complaints
- Developing sustainable solutions for technical or organisational problems
- Management and planning of spare parts and other required resources
- Monitoring material availability
- Analysing existing workflows and continuously optimising processes
- Contributing to the establishment of clear structures and transparent procedures in the service area
Important: In this position, classic personnel management is not the focus. You concentrate on the professional, technical and organisational coordination of the service centre.
Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:
- Technical training or further education in electronics, electrical engineering, vehicle electronics or a comparable field
- Practical experience in repair, diagnosis or technical service
- Experience in after-sales or customer service environment is an advantage
- Enjoyment of practical workshop work and organisational tasks at the same time
- Strong sense of order and a structured way of working
- Ability to set priorities and keep an overview even with a high workload
- Independent, reliable and resilient personality
- Customer-oriented and communicative manner
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- French skills are an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
