Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating solar installation projects
- Ensuring timely and quality-compliant execution of construction projects
- Responsibility for the professional installation of solar systems
- Carrying out assembly work and commissioning
- Applying expertise in electrical engineering or construction
- Monitoring and compliance with safety standards on construction sites
- Contact person for customers, specialist planners, and internal team
- Leading and guiding employees on site
- Close cooperation with project management and other departments
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training in electrical engineering or construction
- Professional experience in a similar position in solar installation
- Previous leadership experience
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Knowledge in electrical engineering or construction
