For our client, an established and successful construction company with a strong presence in the Graubünden region and integration into a significant corporate group, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual for the Chur location as:

Branch Manager Structural Engineering (m/f, 100%)

Take on responsibility, actively shape the location and lead demanding structural engineering projects to success.

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

• Overall responsibility for demanding structural engineering projects from planning to turnkey handover
• Management, control and monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and resources
• Organisation, coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
• Support and advice for clients, specialist planners, authorities and other project partners
• Tendering, awarding and supervision of contractor and planner services
• Technical and personnel management of the Chur location
• Active participation in regional business development and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Ensuring economical and successful project execution

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Completed training in construction, for example as a site manager, structural engineering technician HF, architect or civil engineer
• Several years of experience in managing and implementing structural engineering projects
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take the next career step into a management role
• Entrepreneurial thinking and good business understanding
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance
• Organisational talent and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Connection to the Graubünden region or interest in the regional market is an advantage
