You are looking for a new challenge in a dynamic market where you can apply your skills and experience. In this role as an Energy Billing Specialist, you take responsibility for energy billing. You ensure the correct and timely billing of energy and are committed to customer satisfaction. With your professional-level experience, you are capable of mastering complex tasks and contributing your knowledge. You are ready to engage in a new role and further develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the timely and high-quality billing of energy and services
- In this role, you plan the billing processes and coordinate their execution
- As an Energy Billing Specialist, you check measurement, tariff, and billing data
- You maintain and manage tariffs, prices, and contracts in the billing system
- In this role, you ensure that new products and services are correctly represented in the system
- You provide professional support to customer service in complex billing and invoicing cases
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial or technical basic education with several years of experience in energy billing or invoicing
- You bring practical experience with innosolvenergy (IS-E) as well as sound knowledge of billing and invoicing processes in the energy sector
- You have very good IT user skills, especially in Excel as well as in ERP, EDM, or billing systems
- Further training in business administration, accounting, or controlling is an advantage for you
- You work analytically, structured, and independently with a strong quality awareness
- You are characterised by a high service orientation, sense of responsibility, and resilience even in deadline-critical phases
