Your Tasks

As a manager, you take on the professional and personnel responsibility for our payroll team, consisting of four payroll specialists and one student employee.
You are responsible for the entire payroll area at Kispi and ensure correct, timely, and legally compliant payroll processing for around 3,000 employees.
You are responsible for the year-end closing in the payroll area in collaboration with finance and simultaneously ensure compliance with all regulatory and social insurance requirements.
As a competent contact person, you advise employees and managers on salary and social insurance matters and represent Kispi vis-à-vis authorities, social insurance institutions, and auditors.
You actively drive the continuous optimisation, digitalisation, and automation of our payroll processes.
You support your team professionally and personally, provide guidance, and accompany individual development with coaching.
As a key user of the payroll system Nexus Hospis, you are the professional contact for your team and act as the interface to IT and the system provider.
You actively contribute to cross-departmental HR projects and, as a member of the HR Services management team, participate in the strategic development of the department.

Your Profile

Commercial training or equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training in payroll, social insurance, or human resources (e.g. social insurance certificate, payroll diploma)
Several years of solid professional experience in payroll processing, ideally in a larger or hospital environment
Leadership experience and the ability to support and develop employees appreciatively
Very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and payroll system as well as confident handling of common HR/payroll systems and MS Office
Experience with relevant payroll systems (e.g. Polypoint, Hospis, d.3) is an advantage
Analytical, structured, and quality-conscious working style with a sense for process optimisation and digitalisation
Fluent German in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
