Field Service Technician (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work on technical systems and equipment
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on site at customers
- Installation and commissioning of technical components
- Customer advice and technical support
- Documentation of service work and preparation of service reports
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Completed basic technical training, e.g., as a heating or sanitary installer, car mechanic, electrician or comparable qualification
- Experience in maintenance and repair of technical systems, as well as in fault diagnosis and rectification
- Customer orientation and communication skills
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland, on-call duty and therefore a category B driving licence
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
