Technical and Safety Manager

To support the development of one of our clients, we are looking for:

Your key responsibilities:

Lead the technical team, manage cross-functional projects and supervise external contractors as well as building infrastructure worksites.

Maintain installations in perfect working order, manage energy and environmental policies, and oversee the vehicle fleet as well as internal transport.

Manage budgets, maintenance contracts and ensure rigorous documentation. You will also be responsible for coordinating the on-call service (24/7).

What we are looking for:

Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (technical or building field), ideally complemented by a federal certificate in safety (STPS Suva or health/social institutions). If you do not have this certificate but have strong maintenance experience and a keen interest in safety, we will support your certification.

Proficient in MS Office tools. Driving licence B is mandatory (categories BE, D, or D1E are a great advantage). Knowledge of German or Swiss German will be valued.

You are a natural and autonomous leader, able to manage stress to effectively prioritise emergencies. You combine great operational flexibility with excellent rigour in your administrative follow-up.
