For the Salmenpark Residential and Nursing Centre in Rheinfelden, we are looking for a
Health Specialist as Vocational Trainer 80-100%
Your tasks
- Responsible for organising, planning and conducting learning support on the wards
- Contact person for our AGS and FaGe trainees and HF students
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Planning and accompaniment of medical visits
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
- Management of the nursing process and leading case discussions
- Assuming tasks as a nursing key contact person
- Taking on daily responsibility and coordinating the day team
- Assuming tasks as a topic leader for an assigned specialist topic with professional authority
Your profile
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Completed vocational trainer course
- Completed SVEB 1 further education or willingness to complete it
- Professional experience in long-term care desired
- Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
