For our Corporate Service Center site in Dübendorf or Bern, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Regional Training Manager 80-100%

Your tasks

• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of structured support visits in

TERTIANUM companies to ensure the quality of training for apprentices and students (nursing and other professions)

• Training and, if necessary, intensive support for company training managers (BBV/BB)
• Support and communication in complex situations, with key internal departments, schools and education services
• Active participation in TERTIANUM training and development initiatives
• Collaboration in the recruitment of apprentices and students

Your profile

• Completed training in the care sector (at least tertiary level) and solid experience in vocational training (BV/BB function and experience in care management)
• SVEB 2 training or equivalent
• Strong advisory skills, resilience to stress and ability to integrate quickly into new teams/structures and pragmatically initiate changes.
• High availability to travel within assigned regions, flexibility and willingness to undertake short or medium-term on-site presence phases in the establishments. (A general subscription is provided)
• Very good command of German and French, both spoken and written (minimum level C1), bilingualism is an advantage
