Responsibilities:
You ensure the smooth and secure operation of the IT infrastructure (cloud and on-premise).
You take on project and change responsibility in the technical area (platform & workplace).
You take care of the installation, maintenance and monitoring of our system environment together with external partners.
You check new and changed requirements for feasibility.
You evaluate, implement and develop technical solutions in the area of workplace and mobile management - especially Windows client engineering.
You actively support end-user support (1st / 2nd level).
You ensure comprehensive documentation of the IT infrastructure and the service landscape.
You analyse disruptions and errors, initiate measures and monitor their implementation.
You independently implement demanding IT projects.
Qualifications:
Ideally, you have a solid IT education EFZ or equivalent (ideally in the field of system technology).
You have already gained several years of professional experience and have sound knowledge of server and client operating systems, including security features.
You are experienced in design and implementation of Microsoft Configuration Manager, Endpoint Manager as well as working with AZURE/Entra Services, AD and Microsoft 365.
You have extensive experience in operating platforms (server, storage, network).
You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
