Technical support of safety-critical IT environments for customers from the rail and process industries, including support, system monitoring, maintenance and structured fault analysis.
Participation in the realisation and further development of network and cybersecurity solutions as well as in the design and implementation of the underlying IT systems.
Support of internal IT infrastructures with servers, GitLab and remote access as well as assistance with solutions for virtualisation, backup and monitoring.
Investigation of suitable new technologies and tools, support of their introduction and creation and maintenance of technical system and operational documentation.
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an IT specialist EFZ or automation technician EFZ, or a comparable qualification; a part-time HF or FH degree in computer science is planned or already started.
Basic know-how in network, system or cybersecurity topics and interest in IT solutions for industrial applications.
Knowledge in virtualisation with, for example, VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox, in Windows Server or experience with monitoring tools is an advantage.
Independent, reliable and learning-oriented working style as well as fluent written and spoken German; knowledge of French is an advantage.
