WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Monitor the product life cycle, including sales trends, performance, assortments, and optimisation needs
• Successfully manage development, adaptation, or discontinuation projects in collaboration with R&D, production, quality, purchasing, and sales
• Handle the administrative follow-up of products as well as their creation and updating in various internal systems
• Coordinate the necessary steps for market launch: testing, validation, item data, packaging, documentation, and meeting deadlines
• Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with various internal departments and external partners
• Provide necessary support during client tenders by centralising information and coordinating contributions from different departments
• Ensure monitoring of labels, certifications, declarations, and other specific requirements related to products and clients
• Collaborate with sales teams by providing product information, presentations, sales arguments, and sales support tools

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Higher education (University, HEC/HEG, business or engineering school) with a specialisation in marketing
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the food industry; a technical background in R&D and experience with dairy products for the industry are assets
• Excellent understanding of marketing challenges, product innovation, and consumer trends
• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language (minimum B2 level); English proficiency is an asset
• Leadership, analytical mindset, results orientation, excellent communication skills, and strong team spirit
