BUTCHER WITH A VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE OR WITH VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE – VEVEY REGION M/F

For one of our clients located in the Vevey region, we are looking for a Butcher with a vocational certificate or with very good professional experience for a mission.

Your main tasks:

• Carry out the cutting and boning of various meat pieces
• Prepare butcher’s products and set up displays
• Ensure the presentation and quality of products
• Welcome, advise and retain customers
• Provide excellent service and respond to customer requests
• Participate in various tasks related to the smooth running of the butcher’s department

Your profile:

• Holder of a butcher-charcutier vocational certificate or confirmed professional experience in the field
• Excellent mastery of cutting and butcher’s preparations
• Very good interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Comfortable with advising and selling
• Dynamic, autonomous, meticulous and quality-oriented
• Good presentation and team spirit
