CNC Tooling and Presetting Specialist (M/F)

To support the development of one of our clients, we are looking for:

Your technical profile

• Certified training in mechanics (production mechanic, multi-skilled mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical technician or equivalent training).

• Carry out the preparation and presetting of tools intended for CNC turning machines according to current standards.

• Perfect mastery of CNC machining (milling and turning), cutting tools and plan reading.

• Manage the consumables stock optimally to ensure their continuous availability.

• Comfortable with management software (ERP, MES); experience with Zoller presetting benches is a major asset.

• Collaborate synergistically with team leaders, screw machine operators and support services to provide customised tooling solutions.

• Actively engage in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing technical performance and data management.
