On behalf of our client, a very reputable company active in the field of steel construction, near Fribourg, we are looking for a:
Site Manager
PERMANENT POSITION - CDI - 100%

Your mission: ensure the success of the assembly
Your responsibilities
Operational management:
- Trigger the handover of the installation file with the lead assembler and project manager according to the different stages.
- Initiate the various deliveries on site in collaboration with the planner and logistics.
- Ensure that the equipment is ready for the teams (D-5) and carry out the control of the equipment leaving for the sites.
- Respect and control the different assembly phases to ensure optimal progress of the mandate.
- Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the standards and directives in force in the sector.
- Participate in site meetings if necessary.
- Plan the provisional and final inspections of works.
- Submit the complete file to the project manager, including modifications, annotations and remarks.
Team management:
- Ensure a good social climate and team motivation.
Quality, safety and performance:
- Guarantee respect for deadlines, safety procedures and quality standards.
- Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of on-site practices (feedback, standardisation, methods).
- Ensure the proper application of PHSE procedures on sites.
Your profile:
- Diploma in a technical field - minimum CFC
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in the assembly of all types of steel construction elements (glazed façade, door, locksmithing, staircase, glazing, etc.)
- Natural leadership, organisational skills and team spirit.
- Strong technical knowledge, ability to anticipate and quickly obtain an overall view.
- Knowledge of and ability to enforce safety rules.
