In this role, you contribute to optimally supporting a modern educational institution with a broad, contemporary offering. You work in an environment that imparts knowledge foresightedly and innovatively, both nationally and internationally. In your function, you support the various departments and help to organise their university operations smoothly. You actively shape a shared, sustainable future within the scope of your tasks.
Responsibilities:
Technical further development of the digital workplace and establishment of scalable standards for clients, device management, and virtual workplace services
Design and optimisation of central management and security solutions for secure and automated provision of modern work environments
Implementation of complex deployment and lifecycle projects as well as development of efficient automations for administrative and operational processes
Assuming an expert role in demanding incidents and active participation in cross-departmental projects around workplace, infrastructure, and security
Qualifications:
Solid IT educational background and many years of practical experience in engineering and operating demanding enterprise client environments
Very good understanding of GPO, MDM, Microsoft Intune, and Azure as well as experience with centralised client management platforms such as SCCM/MECM
Deep scripting skills with PowerShell and experience with virtualisation technologies, ideally in the VMware environment
Analytical and responsible personality with strong customer orientation, ITSM know-how, and confident German language skills at least at C1 level
