In this role, as a system administrator, you ensure the stable operation, availability, and connection of instances in an access cloud. You take on 2nd level support, assist system partners with technical application questions, and carry out commissioning and maintenance tasks on-site or remotely. You independently configure systems, set up access systems for training and service, and create the associated documents and documentation. Additionally, you prepare offers and order confirmations and contribute your experience in the administration of Linux, container, as well as server and network infrastructures. Through your negotiation skills and enjoyment of customer contact, you significantly contribute to the successful application of consultancy-intensive security technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
2nd level support and technical support for system partners
Ensuring operation, availability, and connection of the access cloud
Carrying out commissioning and maintenance on-site or remotely
Preparation of offers, order confirmations, and documentation
Participation in projects as well as setup and configuration of access systems
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship with federal certificate (EFZ) and enthusiasm for system configuration
Experience in support and system administration, ideally in the field of security technology
Knowledge of Linux, container-based cloud systems, as well as server and network infrastructures
Reliable, resilient, a team player, and flexible with very good German language skills, Italian is an advantage
