As part of the development of its activities, our client is looking for a Senior Technical Recruitment Officer to lead the recruitment of specialised profiles within demanding technical and industrial environments.
Recruitment Officer
- Higher education (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent).
- Proven experience of at least 8 years in recruiting technical, industrial or engineering profiles.
- Significant experience in recruitment on the Swiss market is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of the economic fabric and professional environment of the French-speaking region of Switzerland.
- Confirmed mastery of sourcing and direct approach techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networking).
- Flawless French, spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical, communication and talent assessment skills.
- Organisation, autonomy, rigour and sense of priorities.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Define search strategies adapted to recruitment needs.
- Write and publish advertisements on various recruitment channels.
- Identify, approach and attract the best talents using sourcing and direct approach techniques.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from pre-selection to candidate presentation.
- Organise and conduct evaluation interviews.
- Develop and maintain a network of external partners (agencies, specialised firms, schools, etc.).
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of applications and recruitment indicators.
- Participate in various administrative activities related to the role.
