Job Description
The Directorate General for Mobility and Roads (DGMR) is seeking, in connection with compliance with the Disability Equality Act (LHand) for bus stops and adherence to the Noise Protection Ordinance (OPB), two project managers specialising in disability equality and noise for its infrastructure division.
Responsibilities
- Within the noise section of the infrastructure division, plan and manage projects related to compliance with the Disability Equality Act for bus stops and adherence to the Noise Protection Ordinance.
- Ensure compliance with ordinances, laws, regulations, directives, standards or applicable procedures in the context of implementing the directions chosen by management.
- Advise on municipal projects and support municipalities in developing their disability equality projects.
- Develop processes and reference documents for activities in the relevant field.

Qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering from EPFL or HES, or equivalent training, in a field relevant to the role.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a civil engineering sector (technical offices, companies) for project services or work management.
- Organisational and planning skills; analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and directives in all areas where the disability equality specialist may be appointed responsible for tasks.
- Driving licence (category B) essential.
