SIVO Trainer (m/f/d)

Exciting tasks

• You plan, organise and conduct SIVO training sessions, individually in the vehicle and in small groups (planning and writing reports independently)
• You convey safety rules and legislation, and demonstrate concretely how to drive safely and proactively
• You observe driving behaviour and provide clear, fair and situation-appropriate feedback
• In addition to driving behaviour, topics such as load securing, customer relationship management, etc. are also analysed
• You analyse accidents, anomalies and recurring risks, and deduce priority training areas
• You document coaching sessions and training, and actively monitor the development of drivers
• You work closely with management, the planning department and other services
• Samsara reports: through continuous video analysis, you prepare monthly reports which you send to the driving staff.

Profile sought

• Solid professional experience in road transport, category CE (at least 10 years of driving experience)
• Exemplary, careful and proactive behaviour
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a liking for human contact
• Respectful attitude, even in difficult situations
• Willingness to learn and open-mindedness towards new regulations, new technologies and internal standards
• Good IT skills (Microsoft 365) for managing emails, performing simple analyses and documentation
• Ability to work independently, good organisation and rigorous record keeping
• Fluency in French and German.
