- Responsibility and support of temporary employees
- Acquisition of new customers
- Management of the existing customer base
- Customer visits
- Organisation of interviews between customers and candidates
- Salary and tariff agreements with candidates and customers
- Training of new team members
- Support of the team leader
- Responsibility for own budget
- Strong sales flair with a high level of commitment and drive for success
- Organisational talent and good administrative skills
- Sound handling of IT applications / industry software
- Very good spoken and written German skills
- Foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish or Portuguese are an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ideal age: 22 to 35 years
