YOUR TASKS
- Strategic, operational and economic overall responsibility for the Birshof Clinic within our Mittelland care network
- Future-oriented positioning of the clinic in the regional market as well as realisation of sustainable growth opportunities
- Targeted market development and physician acquisition as well as building strategic cooperations with relevant service providers
- Ensuring a consistent focus on patients and medical quality at the highest level in cooperation with the management team
- Promoting a trusting leadership and collaboration culture as well as convincing representation of the clinic in the political and social environment
YOUR PROFILE
- University or university of applied sciences degree, preferably in medicine, economics or a comparable field, as well as several years of successful leadership experience at executive or director level in the Swiss healthcare system
- Sound understanding of clinical core processes and the interrelations of hospital operations as well as very good knowledge of the regulatory and health policy environment in Switzerland
- Motivating, appreciative leadership style at eye level with a role model function as well as targeted promotion of teamwork and innovative spirit
- Convincing communication and negotiation skills, strong abilities in analysis, planning and implementation of strategies as well as financial and qualitative result orientation
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
