What you can achieve with us
- Training development: You create technical trainings for new models, vehicle and high-voltage systems (Level 1S to 3S) - didactically well thought out and practical
- Training Delivery: You independently conduct trainings in at least two national languages - both basic and expert trainings
- Qualification process: You assist in creating course materials, training planning, tenders, translations and contribute to brand-specific certifications
- Manufacturer programmes: You implement the qualification programmes of our group brands according to specifications
- Train-the-Trainer: You participate in trainings at the manufacturer plants and keep your knowledge constantly up to date
What you bring with you
- Experience: You have at least six years of professional experience (including training) in the automotive technical world and hold the refrigerant test for vehicle air conditioning systems
- Professional qualification: You have a basic automotive technical education, complemented by a higher professional qualification such as automotive diagnostician with federal certificate, automotive engineer FH or Master Technician on our group brands. A methodological-didactic further education or proven didactic experience is a plus
- Digital Skills: You work confidently with M365 applications - especially PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Language skills: You communicate fluently in German and have good French and/or Italian skills at least at B2 level
- Personality Fit: You convince with clear and open communication, joy in teaching and a high degree of empathy. At the same time, you work independently, structured and reliably - and always keep an overview even in networked situations. As a team player, you actively contribute and help with joint development
