Our client is a renowned health institute in the Basel region, distinguished by high medical competence and modern treatment concepts. The neurology department cares for patients in the acute and rehabilitation phases, focusing on holistic care and interprofessional collaboration according to the principles of Lean Management. To strengthen the motivated nursing team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as a certified nurse HF/FH Neurology.

Certified Neurology Nurse (m/f/d)

- Deriving individual care needs and establishing action plans

- Implementing planned nursing measures with FaGe and PA

- Continuously evaluating the entire nursing process

- Supporting and advising patients and relatives

- Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines

- Participating in continuous improvement processes in Lean Management

- Supporting trainers in the education of apprentices

- Diploma in Health and Nursing HF or FH
