What awaits you
- Technical and personal leadership as well as active development of the Health Advice and Case Management team in Lausanne, consisting of approx. 6 employees
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily activities, participating if necessary, supporting technically complex tasks and organisation across the 5 Health Advice teams distributed throughout Switzerland (French, German and Italian)
- Monitoring compliance with defined quality standards and existing processes, as well as ensuring effective and professional implementation
- Active development of services within existing conditions as well as collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to promote the services.
What we expect
- Several years of leadership experience as well as the ability to lead a team effectively, both technically and personally, with esteem and respect
- Completed basic medical training (physiotherapist, dietitian, nurse, medical assistant or similar) as well as relevant continuing education for the role
- Strong sense of responsibility, structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach, as well as willingness to travel to another Helsana site about once a month
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and team spirit, as well as enthusiasm for the services and motivation to promote them
- Very good written and oral skills in French and German are essential; English and Italian are an advantage
