To keep the "railway under control" for our customers in the future, efficient, standardised and future-proof system processes and applications are required. Our existing SAP system landscape plays a key role in this. With the S/4 SBB programme, SBB is replacing the current ERP system with a new SAP solution. We use this transformation as an opportunity to harmonise processes and standardise systems. Cross-departmental and consistent. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) to sustainably develop the SAP architecture in the areas of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) as well as Project and Portfolio Management (PPM/PS). You will strategically further develop the SAP system landscape in the SAP Integration Hub together with other experts and organisations within SBB. This is what you can achieve.

• As an SAP Enterprise Architect, you develop target images for EAM and PPM/PS in line with the corporate strategy and ensure effective SAP governance through coordinated documentation and communication.
• You identify standardisation potentials across corporate areas, business capabilities and processes in the context of EAM and PPM/PS and accompany their implementation.
• You bring together the SBB business strategy and the SAP strategy from a professional and technological perspective, derive architecture enablers, identify potentials and lead decisions.
• In stakeholder management, you work reliably with business owners, business development and architecture roles and ensure transparency about content, priorities and impacts.

• Strong leadership qualities, interconnected thinking and a very quick grasp, combined with an independent, solution-oriented working style and high quality standards.
• Deep SAP expertise with a focus ideally on EAM and PPM/PS, complemented by a solid technical foundation for the use of AI in the SAP environment.
• Sound methodological competence in the architecture discipline as well as practical experience in defining SAP architecture target images and anchoring them in the organisation.
• Confident action in complex technical and organisational environments as well as target-group appropriate communication to convincingly convey complex matters.
• You have completed a degree/university qualification in computer science, business informatics or comparable and have very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
