- You are responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of IP/MPLS, data centre, and campus networks for critical infrastructures
- You develop and implement network migrations and expand, operate, and maintain existing IP and DWDM networks
- You work in a team on new concepts for reliable WAN connections
- You also support pre-sales, offers, and the planning of network tools
- Troubleshooting and fault resolution during operation are also part of your tasks
Qualifications:
- You have a higher technical education (HF/FH) in telecommunications or computer science and several years of professional experience
- You are proficient in design and conception of IP/MPLS and DWDM networks
- You are well versed in routing, switching, multicast, and BGP
- You have practical experience with platforms such as Ribbon, Huawei, CISCO, and Extreme as well as in the migration from TDM to IP/MPLS networks
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
