Building Concierge at 50% (M/F)

For our partner, a company active in property management with an internal concierge service, we are looking for a

Your role:

As a building concierge, you are responsible for the proper functioning and maintenance of two rental buildings with approximately 80 apartments. You coordinate technical interventions and ensure a pleasant and secure living environment for the tenants.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain the exterior areas: mowing, trimming, cleaning and snow removal
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the common areas (lobbies, stairwells, basements, laundries, communal rooms, etc.)
• Monitor the quality of work carried out by contracted companies
• Manage waste (sorting, containers) and perform seasonal tasks (salting, snow clearing)
• Oversee technical installations (heating, ventilation, lighting, etc.)
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and intervene when needed or in emergencies
• Report any incidents, damage or malfunctions and ensure follow-up

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as operations agent or proven experience in a similar role (concierge, operations agent, building caretaker or equivalent)
• Good basic technical knowledge of buildings
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Organisational skills, autonomy and a service-oriented mindset
• Rigorous, reliable and proactive personality
• Good interpersonal skills and professional appearance
