Responsibilities:
You support companies in digitalising their payroll accounting and accompany the introduction of Abacus from the initial analysis to productive use.
In close collaboration with customers, you gather requirements for payroll processes, question existing workflows, and document the results comprehensibly.
You configure the software based on the identified needs and are responsible for implementing individual customer solutions.
In projects, you regularly work directly at the customer site and ensure successful software application through practical training and workshops.
Qualifications:
Your foundation is several years of practical experience in payroll accounting or the payroll environment as well as a commercial education.
You are interested in technological developments and digital business processes and want to deepen your knowledge in software implementation.
Thanks to your quick comprehension, you understand business processes rapidly and can translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
Knowledge of Abacus or comparable ERP systems facilitates your entry but is not a mandatory requirement.
You have confident German language skills.
