Responsibilities:
You operate and support middleware and backend systems in the Microsoft environment
You are responsible for deployments and patching as well as the further development and renewal of the infrastructure
You analyse and resolve issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
You take on release and problem management
You create and maintain operational documentation and processes
Qualifications:
You have an IT education and ideally additional training or certificates
You bring extensive experience in operating (shared) infrastructures in the Microsoft environment, ideally in a service provider environment
You enjoy conceptual tasks and customer contact and are familiar with PowerShell scripting
You have very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
