As a construction project manager, you take on the complete management of demanding civil engineering and demolition projects – from planning to successful completion. Your focus is on meeting deadlines, quality, and costs, while coordinating and leading the team on site. You are the central interface between all parties involved to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
Leading, organising, and supervising construction sites in all project phases (preparation to completion)
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, costs, and occupational safety
Coordinating and leading employees and inventory on site
Preparing measurements, reports, and final accounts
Technical and commercial project support in collaboration with clients and authorities
Qualifications:
Proven several years of experience as a site manager or project manager in civil engineering and demolition
Completed training in the main construction trade with further education as site manager, master builder, or civil engineer
Very good knowledge of SIA standards as well as measurement and accounting systems
Strong organisational talent, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
