Dispatcher in the Outpatient Clinic, Department of Pneumology 80-100%
from 01.12.2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Planning, coordination, recording, and confirmation of outpatient appointments for patients.
- Administrative preparation of consultations
- Telephone and written contact with patients, referring doctors, hospitals, and internal departments of USZ
- Close cooperation with the clinic manager, doctors, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary and external services
- Responsibility for and supervision of an HMS intern (commercial vocational training)
Your profile
- Commercial or equivalent basic training, ideally with professional experience in the medical field
- Training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete the course internally
- Reliable, discreet, and team-oriented personality as well as friendly and courteous demeanour
- Strong organisational skills and high resilience
- Very good knowledge of common MS Office products and willingness to familiarise yourself with clinic-specific software (KISIM).
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
