For our client, a service industry company in the BE region, we are immediately seeking a communicative and open personality for a 100% workload.

Your field of activity:

• Handling demanding member inquiries (written and by phone).
• Personal advice on the entire product range of the organisation.
• Support of 1st level and internal partners (sales, sections) with complex issues.
• Advice on electromobility, including support for the app.
• Ensuring support for digital applications (apps, website login).
• Support for corporate clients (roadside assistance & traffic legal protection).

• Commercial training and experience in the service sector.
• Native German speaker and French language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 mandatory).
• High IT affinity and ideally first experience in technical support.
• Enthusiasm for mobility topics, especially electromobility, advice and sales.
• Resilient, flexible, solution-oriented and strong team spirit.
• VBV further training is an advantage.
