You take on a central leadership role at the interface of IT, medicine and nursing. Together with your team, you ensure that clinical applications function reliably, are oriented to the needs of users, and are developed sustainably from a technological perspective.
Responsibilities:
You lead a specialised team both professionally and personally and continuously develop employees and structures.
You are responsible for the operation, further development and lifecycle of the central clinical application landscape.
You collect requirements from medicine, nursing and administration, evaluate them and develop viable solution approaches.
You optimise clinical processes and digital workflows and ensure as seamless an integration of the systems used as possible.
You are responsible for tests, releases and changes and ensure a high quality of the applications together with your team.
You support in complex disruptions and take on tasks in 2nd- and 3rd-level support as well as on-call duty if required.
You manage projects, suppliers and external partners and ensure professional collaboration across the entire application landscape.
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science, medical informatics or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in application management and team leadership.
Good understanding of clinical processes and digital treatment pathways.
Experience with medical information systems, interoperability and standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM or comparable technologies.
Knowledge of integration architectures, IAM, data protection and security in the healthcare environment is an advantage.
Experience in project, release, test and IT service management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, high service orientation and very good German language skills.
