In this role, you shape the implementation of the information and cybersecurity strategy according to internal security standards, regulatory requirements, and recognised best practices. You take responsibility for IT security topics with a trained eye for detail and contribute to consistently translating security requirements into practice. You use your solid understanding of technical security issues and support the further development of the security level. In addition, you work with established frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST and ensure that policies and processes are aligned accordingly. This position offers you the opportunity to further develop in the field of IT security and continuously deepen your skills.
Responsibilities:
You manage threat and vulnerability management, monitor new threats, and coordinate their remediation with IT teams and partners.
You plan and accompany penetration tests, red team exercises, and other technical security assessments.
You establish a central process for tracking findings, measures, and risk reductions and monitor relevant key figures.
You support the secure operation of security technologies, implement controls, and participate in IT and cybersecurity projects.
You maintain technical standards, procedures, and audit documents and advise internal stakeholders on security assessments and future protection requirements.
Qualifications:
You have completed studies in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
You bring initial professional experience or relevant practical experience in IT security and are familiar with basic security architectures.
You have a good understanding of established frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST CSF.
You analyse complex issues in a structured manner, work independently, and can prioritise several projects purposefully.
You communicate very confidently in English; German, French, or Italian are additional advantages. Certifications such as CISSP are welcome.
