Established on-premises landscapes and cloud-first approaches often meet at customers. You bring both together. You manage demanding tenants and recognise where optimisation potential lies. You do not see security as an add-on but as the basis of every configuration. What can be automated, you convert into scripts and standards. In exchange with adjacent teams, viable overall solutions are created.
Responsibilities:
You drive the further development and operation of Intune standards
You implement conditional access, security baselines, and hardening measures
You are responsible for managing demanding Microsoft 365 tenants
You technically integrate hybrid on-premises and cloud scenarios cleanly
You help shape managed services in the endpoint and security area
Additionally, you review existing customer environments and coordinate closely with hybrid cloud and collaboration teams
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience as a system engineer in on-premises and hybrid landscapes
You have solid knowledge of hybrid scenarios and Microsoft Intune
You are familiar with Microsoft 365 security, conditional access, and endpoint hardening from operations
You automate enthusiastically, whether with PowerShell, Graph API, or Terraform
You work independently, structured, and gladly take on responsibility
Experience with Azure, macOS device management, or from the service provider environment is a plus
