CNC Programmer

As part of the development of its activities, our client, a fine industrial SME with around 80 employees, is looking for a CNC Setter Programmer (permanent contract) to strengthen its production team.

Active in demanding sectors such as watchmaking, medical, jewellery and microtechnology, our client continuously invests in modern equipment and cutting-edge technologies.

Your mission

Within a high value-added industrial environment, you will be responsible for programming, setting and monitoring machining operations on CNC centres. Your expertise will directly contribute to the quality and performance of production.

Your responsibilities

CNC Programming and CAM

• Carry out the programming of parts using CAM software (GibbsCAM, AlphaCAM, Cimatron or equivalent).
• Define and optimise machining strategies.
• Design and improve toolpaths to ensure quality and productivity.
• Participate in the industrialisation of new references.

Setting and commissioning

• Perform complete commissioning of CNC machining centres.
• Set up machines and validate the first series.
• Ensure the start-up and monitoring of production.
• Ensure compliance with cycle times and manufacturing standards.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic, production mechanic or equivalent training.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in CNC programming and setting.
• Excellent mastery of precision machining.
• Good knowledge of 3 to 5 axis simultaneous CNC milling.
• Experience with machines such as Willemin-Macodel, Agie Charmilles, Bumotec, Chiron, Robodrill or equivalents.
• Proficiency in CAM software.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Autonomous, rigorous and quality-oriented personality.
