Your Tasks

• Assigning/triaging medical reports in compliance with data protection and internal work instructions
• Taking over medical clarifications for the trust doctor,
• Obtaining all information relevant to the assessment of the case as well as pre- and post-processing of medical enquiries for the trust doctor
• Providing written and telephone information regarding medical questions to customers, employees, service providers and other insurers

Your Profile

• You have completed a paramedical, commercial or equivalent training and have experience in a similar role
• You have an independent, responsible way of working, are a team player, solution-oriented, resilient and motivated to learn new things
• You have excellent German skills and speak fluent French and/or Italian.
