Responsibilities:
Member of the Workplace team with a focus on 2nd level support
Support of customers in daily operations as well as in operational and maintenance activities
Participation in projects based on the latest Microsoft technologies
Ensuring a stable operation of our solutions and managed services
Contribution to the continuous optimisation of service quality within the team
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Sound knowledge of Intune and workplace management, ideally complemented by experience with other M365 services
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
