In this role, you will manage and be responsible for interesting projects in the sanitary sector, which require independence and professional skills. As an ambitious personality who wants to help shape the entrepreneurial progress of our client, you can convince through a showcase mentality and excellent overview in project execution. Responsibilities:
- Management of projects in the sanitary sector
- Responsibility for quality, collaboration, and costs
- Strong understanding of project management (planning, calculation, AVOR, billing, evaluation, and interim review)
- Professionally maintain and expand the customer network with continuous acquisition
- To qualitatively and quantitatively increase efficiency, you monitor processes, workflows, and interfaces and continuously optimise them
- Coordination with various specialist departments
- Responsibility for controlling individual projects
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in building technology with extensive industry knowledge
- Continuous further education (Technician HF and/or business management training)
- Specialisation/experience in the sanitary field
- Experience in project controlling and customer acquisition is an advantage.
- You have organisational talent and negotiation skills
- You are a team player
- You have excellent oral and written German skills
- IT affinity and proficient CAD skills as well as MS Office and interest in technological development opportunities
