- Monitoring and ensuring the availability and performance of systems
- Analysing and resolving faults as well as conducting error analyses
- Supporting the planning and implementation of exciting IT projects
- Documenting and maintaining the IT infrastructure
- Providing support at 2nd and 3rd level
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a system engineer or in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft environments (client/server including MS Exchange) as well as VMware vSphere/Horizon
- Experience in mobile device management
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Service- and customer-oriented working style combined with flexibility and personal responsibility
- Knowledge of network, server, and operating systems
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and resilience
- Driving licence category B
- Future workplace

- Installation, configuration, and administration of hardware and software- Monitoring and ensuring the availability and performance of systems
- Analysing and resolving faults as well as conducting error analyses
- Supporting the planning and implementation of exciting IT projects
- Documenting and maintaining the IT infrastructure
- Providing support at 2nd and 3rd level
Profile
- Qualification as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or an equivalent education- At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a system engineer or in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft environments (client/server including MS Exchange) as well as VMware vSphere/Horizon
- Experience in mobile device management
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Service- and customer-oriented working style combined with flexibility and personal responsibility
