Mandated by one of our clients in Geneva, we are looking for a
Occupational Health Nurse
- Holder of a HES Nursing diploma or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Valid BLS or AFGSU certification
- Additional training in occupational health, prevention or a related field
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Good level of English (minimum B2)
- At least 3 years of nursing experience, ideally complemented by emergency care experience
- Good knowledge of safety protocols and incident management in the workplace
- Ability to quickly assess a clinical situation, set priorities and make appropriate decisions
- Proficiency with IT tools, medical software and office applications
- Responsiveness and composure in emergency situations
- Organisational skills and excellent priority management
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, adaptability and a proactive approach to prevention
- Ensure the reception, listening and support of employees on health matters
- Perform routine nursing care and intervene in emergencies
- Participate in the management of workplace accidents and coordinate necessary medical referrals
- Ensure administrative follow-up and update medical records
- Oversee the management of medical equipment and stock
- Contribute to prevention, awareness and health promotion actions within the company
- Participate in efforts to improve working conditions and prevent occupational risks
