Field Sales Representative Construction Industry 100% (m/f/d)

The company develops and sells high-quality systems for professional use and supports its customers with individual solutions and comprehensive expertise. Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business customers
Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
Conduct sales discussions for new installations
Record customer enquiries and develop suitable solutions
Create, send, and systematically follow up on offers
Document customer data and sales activities in the CRM
Support projects during technical and commercial implementation
Consistently pursue sales opportunities in the assigned market area
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in the construction trade or comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in field sales or a customer-oriented sales role
Commercial knowledge or corresponding further training is an advantage
Residence in Central Switzerland, Aargau, or Zurich area
Independent and structured working style with high accuracy
Confident manner and enjoyment of personal customer contact
Initiative, willingness to learn, and entrepreneurial thinking
Very good German skills; French skills are a plus
