IT Supporter (m/f/d)

You take on 1st and 2nd level support in a Windows environment and manage additional services such as ERP and internal tools
You handle tickets in ServiceNow and carry requests through to full resolution
You manage user accounts, including creation, adjustment and deletion of access rights
You reliably process entries and exits in the IT area
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology) or a comparable qualification
You possess profound knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Office and SharePoint
You work independently, reliably and service-oriented
You enjoy direct contact with users
You are prepared for on-call duties about six times a year
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
