Job Description
- Contribute to the development of the company’s visibility and influence on the Swiss and international markets.
- Develop and retain a client portfolio by creating a lasting commercial relationship.
- Identify new opportunities and actively develop the customer base.
- Meet clients to understand their needs and present products and new developments.
- Be a key contact for clients by supporting and advising them through various channels.
- Collaborate with operational and sales teams, while participating with Management in monitoring objectives, identifying prospects and reporting activity.
Profile Sought
- Holder of a freight forwarding CFC or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in transport and sales.
- Good knowledge of the local, regional and international economic fabric.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss and French customs regulations.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Dynamic and open personality, enjoying contact, novelty and showing empathy and initiative.
- Organised, conscientious and possessing excellent listening skills.
- Able to work independently while appreciating teamwork.
- Solution-oriented, with a real sense of service and priorities.
