Together with our client, an established organisation in the field of outpatient care and support, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an employee for finance, administration & human resources 50–70 %. You will take on a versatile role with responsibility in various areas and can actively contribute your ideas. The workplace is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Independent management of finance and accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable and invoicing
• Preparation of semi-annual and annual financial statements according to OR as well as support of management in financial matters
• Responsibility for payroll processing and complete personnel administration from entry to exit
• Collaboration on administrative tasks as well as on the digitalisation and optimisation of processes

You offer your new employer:

• Commercial apprenticeship EFZ with further training and professional experience in finance and accounting
• Good knowledge of payroll accounting including social security
• Independent, structured and precise working style with a flair for numbers and a high sense of responsibility
• Good IT skills; experience with Abacus, Perigon and M365 is an advantage
