Architect Execution Planning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Architect Execution Planning for the planning processing of demanding architectural projects. The focus is on precise project, approval, execution and detailed planning as well as the independent technical development of construction projects. You coordinate planning interfaces and ensure high quality and timely processing of projects. The position offers the opportunity to actively shape projects with high architectural demands from planning to realisation.
Responsibilities:
Independent processing of demanding projects with a focus on execution and detailed planning
Creation and further development of project, building permit, execution and detailed plans
Technical and constructive development of new build, conversion and renovation projects
Development of architecturally and technically convincing construction and detail solutions
Ensuring high-quality and timely plan processing
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, specialist planning and execution
Integration and review of planning bases from external specialist planners and specialists
Coordination with clients, authorities, planners and contractors
Review of workshop, contractor and execution plans
Support with tenders and technical clarifications
Handling planning issues during the realisation phase
Ensuring a complete and consistent plan and project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH or comparable recognised qualification
Several years of professional experience with a focus on execution and detailed planning
Ability to independently process construction projects
Very good constructive understanding as well as knowledge of Swiss construction and planning practice
Confident handling of industry-standard CAD programmes, MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Very good German skills, spoken and written
