The national HR SRG Competence Centre manages the strategic personnel affairs of SRG and coordinates the HR departments of the business units. The Competence Centre sets the framework conditions and ensures equal treatment throughout the company.
Specialist in Further Education
This is your contribution
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Specialist in Further Education for a fixed-term position in the Leadership & Further Education team. In this role, you bring your expertise in learning, competence development, and further education. You contribute to the further development of our further education offerings and help ensure that training and further education at SRG are effective, contemporary, and of high quality.
- You analyse further education needs and develop suitable learning and further education solutions together with the relevant departments
- You contribute to the conceptual further development of SRG's further education landscape and develop the foundations and concepts for this
- You bring your expertise in contemporary learning, learning formats, methods, and didactic approaches and further develop these
- You coordinate further education offerings and support their mapping and administration in our Learning Management System (LMS)
This is what excites us about you
- Higher education or 3 to 5 years of professional experience in adult education and further education
- Experience in designing and implementing further education offerings as well as an affinity for digital learning formats
- Experience in using a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Independent and careful working style, initiative, team spirit, as well as strong organisational and communication skills
- Very good German skills (native language) and good French skills
