As the head of this demanding industrial plant, you are responsible for the smooth operation, further development and optimisation. You combine technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and succeed in implementing projects successfully while promoting and motivating employees. Your focus is on availability, efficiency improvement and innovative strength.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive responsibility for plant management, capacity planning and cost centres
Leadership and implementation of projects for plant modernisation as well as expansions
Ensuring energy optimisation and continuous process improvement
Management of interfaces to partner plants and coordination of commissioning
Establishment and maintenance of quality and safety standards according to norms and specifications
Preparation of work instructions, training and process documentation
Personnel management including promotion, development and performance evaluation
Qualifications:
Completed degree or higher education in engineering or natural sciences (chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering)
Leadership experience in an energy-intensive or forming industrial company
Solid know-how in steam boiler systems, waste utilisation or power plants
Experience in project management and investment planning
Competences in plant optimisation, cost control and lean approaches
Motivating leadership personality with high responsibility and decision-making strength
Business fluent German skills
