You want to develop versatile IT solutions, master complex technical challenges and actively shape the IT landscape of business customers? In this position, you look after various infrastructure platforms and ensure their optimal performance. From system administration to securing critical components to implementing technical projects, you apply your expertise purposefully and continuously develop existing environments.
Responsibilities:
Building, maintaining and optimising Windows-based IT systems, including servers, clients, virtualisation and storage.
Setting up and maintaining secure network architectures with routing, switching, WLAN, VPN and firewall technologies.
Managing Microsoft cloud services, especially Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory, including permissions and identity management.
Ensuring reliable data backup, recovery, system monitoring and endpoint security as well as resolving complex infrastructure issues.
Technical implementation of migrations, system integrations and automation projects as well as evaluating innovative solutions in the fields of communication and artificial intelligence.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, system technology or ICT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Several years of practical experience in operating and further developing IT infrastructures for business customers.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server, virtualisation technologies, networks, Microsoft 365 and identity management.
Experience with backup and security concepts and ideally knowledge of Veeam, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), remote monitoring, VoIP or Microsoft Teams telephony.
Independent and solution-oriented working style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as interest in scripting with PowerShell, automation and technical project coordination.
